摘要: Natural mixtures of bacterial ubiquinones (coenzyme Q) were separated according to the length polyisoprenyl side-chain using reverse-phase thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic systems described afford a rapid sensitive means ubiquinone characterization.
