摘要: Patients often underestimate the degree of their psychiatric illness and consequently have difficulty effectively participating in interventions to optimize recovery. This problem insight may be connected with neurological difficulties resulting poor explicit memory; however, most nurses use help patients improve understanding rely on memory. The discrepancy between clinician patient scores Levels Recovery from Psychotic Disorders Scale (LORS) has been correlated measures psychopathology. difference can used a therapeutic dialogue, LORS-Enabled Dialogue (LED). intervention engages patients' implicit memory, asking series open-ended questions using motivational interviewing promote attainment life goals. Large-scale studies this are currently underway should better define about effectiveness LED.
