摘要: Les recepteurs actives par les proliferateurs de peroxysomes (PPAR) sont des facteurs transcription qui appartiennent a la superfamille nucleaires. Trois genes, repartis sur chromosomes differents, ont ete identifies : PPARα, PPARβ/δ et PPARγ. La proteine PPARα joue un role cle dans le controle du metabolisme l’homeostasie lipidiques. est une isoforme ubiquitaire, fortement impliquee physiologie muscles. PPARγ importants pour developpement fonctionnement placenta, l’implantation l’embryon. partenaire capital processus d’adipogenese. PPAR codent aussi proteines interviennent degres divers proliferation, differenciation d’apoptose cellulaires. Assez curieusement, ces transcriptionnels d’interactions entre cellules et/ ou matrice extracellulaire rarement souligne, exception faite leur action anti-inflammatoire. Pourtant, via mecanismes souvent indirects incompletement elucides, nouveaux roles se dessinent, pourraient, s’ils precisent, elargir encore notion cible therapeutique associee recepteurs.
