摘要: Abstract Various alkali metals, alkaline earth transition metals and lanthanides were separated by capillary electrophoresis, factors influencing the separations studied. The reproducible separation of fifteen metal cations was completed in 8 min. detection system showed a linear relationship between peak area analyte concentration. To permit use indirect photometric to ensure symmetrical shapes, highly UV-absorbing amine having an electrophoretic mobility similar those chosen as major component electrolyte. Complexing compounds added electrolyte maximize selectively differences apparent mobilities enhance separations.
