Especially in dementia, indication gastrostomies often improper. In patient group, clear data enteral lacking; however, some evidence suggests that advanced dementia do benefit, whereas mild moderate might benefit from early nutrition. Additionally, other groups temporary or permanent restriction a useful target population maintain mobilization muscle strength. We plead coordinated study program these identify suitable best tube implantation.
