摘要: Understanding the dynamics of single polymer chains and rheological mechanism in dilute solutions under shear stress is essential for fields such as petroleum food industries, biomedical materials drug delivery. Here we present an experimental method measuring viscosity studying variation chain conformation molecular motions according to relationship between intrinsic viscosity, [η], rate. Of striking interest that find [η] changing with rate presents three stages which may explain nature viscoelastic performance isolated motions. The significance these results finding deformation match pore throat has enormous potential implications delivery, genetics biomedicine © 2014 Society Chemical Industry.
