摘要: Supramolecular interactions of various organic xenobiotic compounds with deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) are among the most important aspects biological studies in clinical analysis, drug discovery, and pharmaceutical development processes. In recent years, there has been a growing interest electrochemical investigation between studied analyte DNA. Observing pre- post-electrochemical signals DNA or monitoring its interaction xenobiotics provides good evidence for mechanism to be elucidated. Such can also used sensitive determination these compounds. This short review summarizes our results obtained during last 5 years field novel biosensors utilizing carbon-based transducers as substrates immobilization It should provide that approach (employing simple, fast, sensitive, inexpensive tools detection damage) brings new insight into human health protection rational design leads further understanding
