摘要: SrFexCo0.5O3-δ (x=0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25) powders have been synthesized by the solid state reaction process. The effect of Fe content on microstructure and properties were investigated in detail X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) thermo-gravimetric analysis differential calorimeters (TGA/DSC). XRD results reveal that phases SrFexCo0.5Oδ are dependent Fe. diffraction. SEM images show obtained similar morphology with particle structure uniform size distribution. phase transition from ordered brownmillerite to disorder perovskite is strongly TGA/DSC powders. Phase temperature increases 770°C 800°C x value increasing 1.0. But SrFe1.25Co0.5O3-δ powder maintains unchanged behaving good stability chemistry stability.
