摘要: Abstract As a valuable food base and safe shelter, large agricultural fields create favourable living conditions for wild boars most of the year. The occurrence mould in these fields, causing hormonal disturbances, may lead to lower age sexual maturity prolonged breeding season, therefore, population growth farmlands can be markedly higher than that extensive woodlands. This study was initiated because reproductive cycle disturbances boar populations, which were presumably linked with habitat types, especially rotten maize. To determine if major sources zearalenone (ZEN) female are maize cobs infected mycotoxins, we compared concentrations ZEN its metabolites organs, tissues body fluids hunted woodlands where no located within distance several km. Samples blood, bile, liver, kidneys, muscles, urine, stomach colon contents as well ovaries from young (40–60 kg) collected 2011–2014 prepared liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). results showed present samples, both woodlands, but concentration individual types analysed or differed depending mainly on type. In nearly all cases, derivatives detected samples farmlands, suggesting feeding take amounts mycoestrogens.
