摘要: Abstract Concerns over animal welfare continue to be a critical component of law and policies associated with commercial food production. Social market pressures are the driving forces behind legislation result in change poultry production management systems. As result, movement towards cage-free aviary-based egg systems has become standard practices. Cage-based being replaced by alternative methods that offer suitable housing environment meet or exceed needs require different management, including ban antibiotics diets. For broiler production, pasture- raised free-range have more popular. However, challenges remain from exposure disease-causing organisms foodborne pathogens these environments. Consequently, probiotics can supplemented diets as feed additives. The present review discusses impacts on performance for improving safety health mitigating pathogenic meat quality
