摘要: The T-box genes Tbx4 and Tbx5 have been shown to key functions in the specification of identity vertebrate forelimb (Tbx5) hindlimb (Tbx4)1,2. Here we show that zebrafish, has an additional early function precedes formation limb bud itself. Functional knockdown zebrafish tbx5 through use antisense oligonucleotide resulted a failure initiate fin formation, leading complete loss pectoral fins. gene development forelimbs seems involve directed migration individual lateral-plate mesodermal cells into future limb-bud-producing region. primary defect seen tbx5-knockdown phenotype is similar defects described known T-box-gene mutants such as spadetail mutant zebrafish3,4 Brachyury mouse5, which both similarly exhibit altered cells. A common for many might therefore be mediating proper and/or changes adhesive properties embryonic
