摘要: Many long term mouse Th clones express either the type 1 or 2 cell (Th1 Th2) cytokine secretion phenotype. In this report we present two lines of evidence for existence additional differentiation states. Lectin-stimulated spleen cells secreted moderate levels IL-2 compared with Th1 clones, whereas other cytokines were more than 100-fold lower those produced by Th2 clones. This suggests that many produce substantial amounts but little no IL-4, IL-5, IFN-gamma, IL-3, and granulocyte/macrophage-CSF. contrast to short alloreactive displayed phenotypes intermediate between patterns. The proportion recognizable at early times in culture was greatly increased immunization mice from which responder stimulator derived; Brucella abortus resulted isolation exclusively infection Nippostrongylus brasiliensis a strong trend toward derived strongly affected clone obtained, source had much less effect, suggesting commitment occurred mainly vivo. A model possible relationships various is presented.
