摘要: Dynamic ECG Changes in Brugada Syndrome. We present a patient with syndrome whom 12-lead ECXis were recorded just before and after an episode of ventricular fibrillation (VF). A progressive elevation both the RS-T segment J waves preceding following VF, close relationship between amplitude R-R intervals during atrial fibrillation, documented. These findings support hypothesis that subsequent VF are related to transient outward current-mediated spike-and-dome morphology epicardial action potential.
