摘要: Abstract: We previously reported wear data at a minimum of two years following thirty-four total hip replacements with Marathon cross-linked polyethylene liner and twenty-four conventional (gamma-sterilized-in-air) Enduron liner. In this current study, sequential five-year radiographs, rates were determined use linear regression analysis. The had average 15.4 mm3/yr 8.0 mm3/million cycles. 55.5 29.9 adjusted volumetric rate the was 73% lower than that (p = 0.001). Osteolysis developed in eight hips an but not apparent any liner. Level Evidence: Therapeutic Level III. See Instructions to Authors for complete description levels evidence.
