摘要: Abstract Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed on 54 epidemiologically unrelated clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii by using a standard agar dilution technique. On the basis in vitro activities, imipenem and doxycycline were most active agents, whereas amikacin, isepamicin, new fluorquinolones ciprofloxacin ofloxacin presented moderate activity. Cephalosporinase activity found 98% strains, lactamases TEM type 1 one with pI 7 to 7.5 present 16 11% respectively. Resistance aminoglycosides explained production three classes aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes, predominance aminoglycoside-3'-phosphotransferase VI 28% strains.
