Separation and indirect ultraviolet detection of ferrous and trivalent iron ions by using ionic liquids in ion chromatography

摘要: A method of simultaneous separation and indirect ultraviolet detection different valence iron ions Fe2+ Fe3+ by using ionic liquids as mobile phase additives absorption reagents on a cation exchange column functionalized with carboxylic acid group was developed. The effects liquids, organic acids, wavelength, etc. were investigated the mechanism discussed. pyridinium imidazolium not only but also effective components for separating . can be achieved 0.5 mmol/L liquid-1.2 methanesulfonic phase. determination had good linear relationship in concentration range 1-100 mg/L. limits 0.12 0.09 mg/L, respectively. This applied to actual sample field medical analysis. spiked recoveries between 97.3 99.5%, relative standard deviations less than 0.6%. is simple, accurate, reliable, an analytical universal practical value.
