摘要: A process for the production of an oil-in-water emulsion pipeline transmission. The comprises mixing hydrocarbon crude with emulsifying composition(s) which contains water to form having content from about 15 percent 60 by weight and a viscosity sufficiently low additionally shearing mixture produced when is at temperature 100°F 200°F emulsion.
