摘要: Abstract Alkaline-earth titanates, MTiO 3 (M = Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba), were prepared by solid-state reactions in air water vapor atmospheres to investigate the effects of on formation . The was accelerated more or less vapor. Acceleration effect increased following order: MgTiO CaTiO  ≪ SrTiO SrTiO BaTiO drastically even though coarse particles SrCO BaCO remained starting mixtures. difference its might be mainly attributed pressure M(OH) 2 Gas-phase transport would become important for atmosphere.
