摘要: With [3H]-ohmefentanyl as a ligand, autoradiographic technique was used to observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on mu opioid receptor binding sites in brain areas related pain modulation. The results were follows: (1) distribution rat central nervous system consistent general with reported previously. (2) After EA Tsu-San-Li, increased significantly following examined structures: caudate nucleus, septal medial preoptic area, amygdalaoid periaqueducal gray, interpeduncular nucleus raphe magnus, and cervical lumbar enlargements. indicate that is able increase analgesia, suggesting enhancement function by EA.
