摘要: The purpose of this study was (1) to evaluate the effect a 2-minute exposure 5% NaOCl following acid conditioning dentin on shear bond strength for two adhesive systems and (2) examine ultrastructure resindentin interface under SEM. mesial distal surfaces 28 extracted human third molars were ground expose dentin, then polished with 600-grit SiC. Teeth randomly assigned four test groups (n = 14) received treatments: Scotchbond Multi-Purpose (SBMP)--Samples conditioned 37% phosphoric acid, rinsed left moist, SBMP primer applied according manufacturer's directions, Restorative Z-100 composite resin bonded surface. SBMP/NaOCl--The same procedures followed as except treated 2 minutes, after conditioning. All-Bond (AB2)--The technique SBMP, using AB2 recommendations. AB2/NaOCl--The procedure SBMP/NaOCl, AB2. Specimens thermocycled in water bath 300 times between 5 degrees-55 degrees C, sheared Zwick Universal Testing Machine. A one-way ANOVA Duncan's Multiple Range Test used statistical analysis data. had no significant Multi-Purpose, but significantly increased specimens. interfacial structure treatments studied morphologically scanning electron microscope. Argon ion beam etching demineralization clearly revealed hybrid layer conventional treatment indicated an absence resin-impregnated collagen network those specimens both NaOCl.
