摘要: SUMMARY In order to develop a test system for predicting cytotoxic response chemotherapeutic agents, leukocytes from 36 adult patients and 2 teenagers with acute leukemia were cul tured in vitro 24 hr the effects of drugs on incor poration uridine-3H RNA thymidine-'4 C DNA measured. Cortisol, vincristine, cytosine arabinoside produced inhibition incorporation sensitive leukocytes.
