摘要: Abstract. A large volume of lidocaine with epinephrine can be administered in dilute concentrations into the subcutaneous space, resulting minimal blood levels. This allows large-volume, multiple-area liposuction to done painlessly under local anesthesia only oral and intramuscular sedation analgesia. Other advantages include loss, decreased patient morbidity expense, elimination risks general intravenous anesthesia/sedation.
