摘要: Introduction: Infection associated with prosthesis used after tumor resection is a common and serious complication. The purpose of the current retrospective study was to describe course infection in patients endoprosthesis determination risk factors failed limb salvage. Material Methods: 30 an were investigated regard treatment strategies, number type revision operations, duration hospital stay, salvage final outcome. Results: Limb related complication achieved 19 (63.3%). Two-stage reimplantation successful 14 but subsequently one patient. Out 11 where failed, amputation performed 6 patients, rotationplasty 4, stump lengthening procedure 1 A poor soft tissue condition significant (P<0.05) factor for No patient receiving chemotherapy had surgery. mean operations per 2.6. stay 68 days. Conclusion: involved long hospitalization. mostly case condition. In these cases repeated surgery should be avoided ablative recommended at early stage. Rotationplasty alternative proximal or distal part femur.
