摘要: Abstract A polar metabolite of vitamin D3 has been produced in vitro from either 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin incubated with kidney homogenate D-supplemented chickens or 25,26-dihydroxyvitamin D-deficient chicken homogenate. This compound was isolated pure form and identified as 1,25,26-trihydroxyvitamin by ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometry mass spectrometry. Furthermore, its periodate cleavage product comigrates synthetic 1α-hydroxy-25-keto-27-norvitamin on high-performance liquid chromatography. The is 0.1-0.01 active the stimulation intestinal calcium transport bone mobilization.
