摘要: Substantial advances have elucidated some of the central mechanisms underlying inflammation, demyelination, and neurodegeneration that occur in multiple sclerosis. Correspondingly, clinical strategies available for management disease widened. This review focuses on current knowledge pathogenesis inflammatory neurodegenerative elements sclerosis plaque.
