摘要: Two experiments were performed to investigate whether two measures of spatial memory, working memory (WM) and reference (RM), can be generalized over learning situations. In the first experiment, outbred WU rats used; in second four inbred strains. both given 50 training trials a holeboard high-sided radial maze: 4 out 16 holes 8 arms baited. The number WM (revisits baited holes/arms) RM (visits revisits never errors calculated for 5 blocks 10 trials; odd-even reliabilities determined last 20 shown satisfactory types apparatus. Error-decrements analyzed by trend components. For RM, simple canonical correlations between means significant trends maze as test construct validity; r's Rr's very low. It was concluded that concepts are not validly generalizable tests.
