摘要: A novel approach is presented to determine four bisphenols in water and urine samples, employing magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction combined with liquid chromatography diode array detection. modified zeolite-based composite was used as an efficient sorbent, combining the advantages of materials remarkable properties zeolites. multivariate optimization design employed optimize some experimental factors affecting extraction. The method evaluated under optimized conditions (i.e., amount 50 mg; sample pH, unadjusted; NaCl concentration, 1.25%; elution time, 2 min; eluent solvent, ethanol; solvent volume, 400 µL), obtaining good linearity correlation coefficients ranging between 0.995 0.999 (N = 5) (from 2 250 µg/L for bisphenol A, AP, P from 5 AF). Method repeatability assessed variation 3 11% (n = 6). Finally, applied spiked real samples relative recoveries 83 105%, 81 108% AF, 47 59% P.
