摘要: OBJECTIVE: African-American (black) and white individuals have been shown to differ in their desire for life-sustaining treatments use of living wills end-of-life care, but the reasons these differences are unclear. This study-was designed test hypothesis that ethnic exist because black patients trust health care system less, fear inadequate medical treatment more, feel less confident can give them more control over terminal care.
