摘要: Abstract By controlling the metal-ligand ratios, two new Cu(II) coordination polymers based on d -camphoric acid (H2DCA) and 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)-butane (bimb), {[Cu2(DCA)2(bimb)2(H2O)]2·7H2O}n (1), {[Cu2(DCA)2(bimb)]}n (2), have been hydrothermally synthesized characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR UV–Vis spectra, powder diffraction. Comparative investigation showed that different ratios affected modes of ligand thus resulted in distinct structures from 1D chain to 3D network. In 1, centers are connected DCA2− bimb into chains, (H2O)4 water clusters connect chains a supramolecular structure via O H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Differently, 2 bridged four carboxyl form binuclear paddle-wheel [Cu2(O2CR)4] units, which pillared ligands framework showing 6-connected pcu topology. Moreover, thermogravimetric magnetic properties CPs also investigated.
