摘要: Momordica charantia (bitter gourd) has been used in the traditional system of medicine for treatment various diseases. Anticancer activity M. extracts demonstrated by numerous vitro and vivo studies. In present study, we investigated differentiation inducing potential fractionated seed human myeloid HL60 cells. We found that cells treated with differentiated into granulocytic lineage as characterized NBT staining, CD11b expression, specific esterase activity. The principle was to be heat-stable, organic nature. accompanied a downregulation c-myc transcript, indicating involvement pathway, at least part, differentiation. Taken together these results indicate seeds possess therefore can evaluated their use therapy leukemia combination other inducers
