摘要: Abstract Scale-based correlation analyses are applied to the fractography of chocolate. The objective is show how scale-based can find functional correlations between surface properties and textures. This work may also provide some insights into fracture chocolate, as distinct scales with strong found. Chocolate was broken by a strain-rate controlled three-point bending apparatus at various temperatures. fractured surfaces were measured using scanning laser microscope. Area-scale analyses, kind scale-sensitive fractal analysis, performed on surfaces, producing relative areas function scale. area temperature computed each scale charted. results showed excellent correlation, approaching R 2 1, about 17,000 μm . values decrease higher lower less than 0.1.
