Schools, Families, and the Prevention of Child Maltreatment: Lessons That Can Be Learned From a Literature Review.

摘要: Child maltreatment is a worldwide social problem that receives considerable attention. However, prevention efforts remain rare, allowing the phenomenon to continue and spread. The aim of current article systematically review evidence-based address schools families as key stakeholders for preventing child maltreatment. Using Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses guidelines, thorough literature revealed only five programs matched inclusion criteria article. These were analyzed several domains, including level prevention, target population, participants, programs' outcomes. highlights urgent needs develop, modify, further evaluate in context ecological model. More specifically, it illuminates need create champion enhance collaboration between schools, both which are within Collaboration policymakers, researchers, practitioners should guide future by promoting cultural adaptation such integrating children's perceptions improve these benefit everyone involved.
