摘要: Indus River is one of the largest rivers Asia that runs through four countries (China, India, Afghanistan, Pakistan) and supports multiple economic activities in region. Sindh Province Pakistan at tail-end River. monitoring, though essential to manage it well, a necessity for tail-enders ascertain availability water distribute among its users. The province depends mostly on supply meet demand. irrigates 2540 hectares culturable area. Besides agriculture, industrial domestic users also greatly rely river supply. optimum management necessitates an extensive network gauge stations. Whereas, has minimal gauging network. This paper presents potential satellite radar altimetry by using Sentinel 3A data monitor levels. validates comparing them with in-situ near Guddu Sukkur Barrages. results showed excellent agreement between two datasets correlations higher than 0.9, root mean square difference (RMSD) less 45 cm both locations.
