摘要: This study investigated the effect of various cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, Al3+, Mn2+, Zn2+) on autoaggregation (AAg) and surface hydrophobicity (SHb) three different bacteria (Brevibacillus panacihumi strain (ZB1), Lysinibacillus fusiformis (ZB2) Enterococcus faecalis (ZL)) using a 2-level factorial design. The AAg ratio was measured from changes in absorbance media. Results show that ZB2 had maximum for investigated. A microscopic clustering cells observed when Ca2+ added to ZB2. range 62%, 58% 34% ZB2, ZB1 ZL, respectively correlated SHb. aggregation SHb microbial increased with increasing ionic strength due repulsive steric or overlap forces between polymer covered surfaces. demonstrated more significant an attractive binding force.
