摘要: In order to establish causal or protective treatments for Parkinson's disease (PD), it is necessary identify the cascade of deleterious events that lead dysfunction and death dopaminergic neurons. Paraquat (PQ) a pesticide used as xenobiotic compound model PD. However, mechanism(s) PQ-induced cell cytoprotection in single are still unknown. this study, lymphocytes were treated with (0.1–1 mM) PQ. Apoptotic morphology was assessed acridine orange/ethidium bromide staining.
