摘要: A procedure for the determination of eight organophosphate flame retardants and plasticizers in dust samples is presented. Microwave-assisted extraction gas chromatography (GC) with nitrogen-phosphorus detection (NPD) were used sample preparation analytes quantification, respectively. Influence different variables (type volume organic solvent, temperature, time, agitation, etc.) on yield step was evaluated. The most important factor type highest efficiencies corresponding to acetone. Under final conditions 10 mL this solvent employed. carried out at 130 degrees C satisfactory yields, similar those obtained Soxhlet technique, achieved. Due high content carbon samples, primary acetone extracts had be subjected intensive clean-up. Dilution ultrapure water followed by concentration a reversed-phase sorbent further purification using silica, allowed significant reduction co-extracted interferences. Application developed methodology indoor from private houses showed concentrations several esters. levels, up 19 microg/g, corresponded tris(butoxyethyl) phosphate; moreover, average values two chlorinated compounds, as considered concerning species group, exceeded 1 microg/g level.
