摘要: The dramatic scale-up of HIV services in lower-income countries has led to the development service delivery models reflecting specific characteristics and its treatment as well local contexts cultures. Given shared barriers challenges faced by health programmes countries, many implementation approaches developed for have potential contribute continuity care framework needed address non-communicable diseases (NCDs) resource-limited settings. are, fact, first large-scale chronic disease offering effective tools, that can be replicated, adapted expanded.
