摘要: Abstract The rates of relaxation HCl(ν = 1) and DCl(ν by atomic oxygen have been determined between 196 400 K using the laser induced vibrational fluorescence method. values rate constants, κ 1,H 1,D , can be matched quite well Arrhenius expressions: 6.2 × 10 −12 exp (−1.0 5 kcal mole −1 / RT ) cm 3 molecule s 2.9 (−0.5 . most likely explanation absolute relative magnitudes these constants appears to that occurs as a result non-adiabatic vibronic transitions during collisions.
