摘要: Eggs of the Cory's ShearwaterCalonectris diomedea borealis Selvagem Grande (Madeira, 30°09′N, 15°52′W), show high variability in size and shape between females, while for each individual both are correlated over two seasons. During first breeding years, females lay larger more rounded eggs as their experience (number years since breeding) increases. Age birth) probably has an effect on egg but adult none. No important differences study been observed no inter-colony variation is apparent. Finally, success directly linked to not shape.
