摘要: Abstract We demonstrate the direct dry transfer of large area chemical vapor deposition graphene to several polymers (low density polyethylene, high polystyrene, polylactide acid and poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) by means only moderate heat pressure, later mechanical peeling original substrate. Simulations graphene–polymer interactions, rheological tests at various experimental conditions show that controlling interface is key transfer. Raman spectroscopy optical microscopy were used identify quantify transferred polymer substrates. The results showed amount can be achieved fine tuning conditions. As a result technique, adhesion being stronger than Si/SiO 2 wafer.
