摘要: We assessed the feasibility of using organizational network analysis in a local public health organization. The research setting was an urban/suburban county department with 156 employees. goal to study communication and information flow assess technique for management. Network data were derived from survey questionnaires. Computational performed Organizational Risk Analyzer. Analysis revealed centralized communication, limited interdependencies, potential knowledge loss through retirement, possible informational silos. findings suggested opportunities more cross program coordination but also presences potentially efficient paths beneficial social connectedness. Managers found useful support decision making. Public organizations must be effective increasingly complex environment. can help build capacity system
