摘要: Abstract Coatings with a high amount of MAX phase were obtained onto Ti substrate using the pulsed electrospark deposition (PED) technique and Cr 2 AlC electrode material (ЕМ). The structure formation coatings generated at different modes studied. It was found, that layer titanium carbide formed during initial stage interface as result chemical reaction between which further acts diffusion barrier.
