摘要: Polyethylenedioxytiophene (PEDOT) is synthesized successfully and for the first time from its monomer by chemical oxidation polymerization in a microchannel device inside micro-droplets. The oxidizing agent, ammonium persulfate, with different molar ratios to was used compared an out-of-channel PEDOT. Details of procedure, droplet formation mechanism channel addition effect various factors are described. can be as fast continuous method synthesis Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission thermal gravimetric analysis, photoluminescence cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy methods evaluating comparison products. results showed that despite same materials conditions in-channel polymerization, microfluidic much more sensitive common bulk methods.
