摘要: Electron microscopy can be a valuable aid to light in the interpretation of fine needle aspiration biopsies tumors, but considerable care procuring and processing specimen is necessary recover tumor cells avoid altering their structure. Fixation followed by filtration through cloth screen recommended. Experience with this technique briefly reviewed.
