摘要: The surgical management of upper gastrointestinal malignancy is commonly “non-curative” or “palliative”,since the majority patients present with advanced stage disease and local distant failure occurs fairly frequently even in receiving potentially curative resections. objective surgery thus moving toward providing appropriate treatment, intention maximizing survival allowing an optimum quality life.
