摘要: Fibrin glue has been widely used as an adhesive in plastic and reconstructive surgery. This article reviews the advantages disadvantages of its use with skin grafts tissue-engineered substitutes. shown to improve percentage graft take, especially when associated difficult grafting sites or unavoidable movement. Evidence also suggests improved hemostasis a protective effect resulting reduced bacterial infection. Fibrin, fibronectin, support keratinocyte fibroblast growth both vitro vivo, may enhance cellular motility wound. When delivery system for cultured keratinocytes fibroblasts, fibrin provide similar those proven conventional grafts. be suitable vehicle exogenous factors that future accelerate wound healing.
