摘要: This paper provides introduction to SLX (Henriksen, 1993) for readers who are already familiar with simulation. Comparisons GPSS/H (Banks, Carson and Sy, 1989; Henriksen Crain, Schriber, 1991; Smith, Brunner 1992) used provide a frame of reference describing features. The goal the project is produce simulation system which multiplicity layers, ranging from kernel, at bottom, all way up layers graphical model building "without programming." In this paper, only "lower" described. Accordingly, will perhaps be greater interest software package developers than end users software. Six key concepts underlie kernel presented, SLX's extensibility mechanisms, facilitate construction higher lower illustrated.
