摘要: Supplementary prognostic factors should be added to the TNM classification for oral squamous cell carcinomas in order optimize its clinical value. We have recently published two prognostically valuable malignancy grading systems based on histopathology and immunohistology of most invasive cells (OSCCs). However, a major problem with classifications histologic features is frequent lack interobserver agreement which limits value subjective classifications. Thirty-eight file cases OSCCs were therefore graded by three pathologists according criteria system includes 5 morphologic features, each from 1 4. Agreement was calculated kappa statistics, showed that not optimal, but significantly better than chance alone. also studied reproducibility immunohistologic membrane expression tumor-associated marker (blood group antigen H), found similar level agreement. conclude our will increase improving reproducibility.
