摘要: Tip-enhanced Raman scattering (TERS) spectroscopy is a nondestructive and label-free molecular detection approach that provides high sensitivity nanoscale spatial resolution. Therefore, it has been used in wide array of applications. We demonstrate gap-plasmon hybridization facilitated by bottom-illuminated TERS configuration. The effect first performed with the finite-difference time-domain method to optimize parameters, experiments are then conducted calibrate performance. results an enhancement factor 1157 resolution 13.5 nm. proposed configuration shows great potential related surface imaging applications various fields research.
