摘要: OBJECTIVE. The objective of this study was to describe the role pre- and postoperative dynamic CT in patients undergoing tracheoplasty, a novel surgical method for treatment severely symptomatic tracheobronchomalacia.CONCLUSION. Five were referred MDCT before after tracheoplasty at our institution. Preoperatively, all showed signs tracheobronchomalacia (≥ 50% airway collapse) on bronchoscopy, four (80%) these five evidence malacia forceful expiratory scans. In cases, reduction degree collapse during expiration, changes shape trachea inspiration, posterior wall thickening related procedure. Our preliminary results suggest potentially important assessments with tracheoplasty.
